MLM software in Thailand

Thailand's direct selling market has a long history, with household, wellness and beauty brands built through community relationships in Bangkok and across the provinces. Selling is very personal: product demonstrations at home, LINE group chats and local leaders who coach their teams face to face. Thai-language content is essential, as many members are more comfortable reading Thai script than English, and trust in a company often depends on how clearly it explains its products and its rules.

Overview

Direct selling software for Thailand

MLM.ERP is deployed in Thailand with THB pricing, a full Thai language pack and VAT fields on invoices. Dates can be shown in the Buddhist Era calendar, PromptPay QR can be connected for payments and payouts, and party-plan tools support home sales events. Bangkok is ninety minutes ahead of India, so our support hours overlap almost entirely with yours, and onboarding, admin training and launch support are all delivered remotely.

How MLM.ERP adapts

  • Thai language pack with correctly rendered Thai script in panels, PDFs and notifications
  • Optional Buddhist Era (B.E.) date display alongside the Gregorian calendar
  • THB pricing with VAT fields and Thai tax-ID capture for distributors and the company
  • Province, district and sub-district address formats, with payout schedules on Indochina Time
Regulation

Regulatory landscape in Thailand

Not legal advice

This is a general overview as of October 2026. Laws change, so confirm your plan and licensing with qualified local counsel before launch.

  • Direct selling is governed by the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (2002), as amended, and operators generally must register with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB).
  • The Act prohibits network schemes in which returns come mainly from recruiting rather than from selling goods, and it sets expectations around distributor contracts and returns.
  • Digital-asset businesses are supervised by the SEC Thailand under the Digital Asset Businesses Emergency Decree, so crypto elements need separate review.
  • VAT is administered by the Revenue Department. Confirm registration, plan design and marketing rules with Thai legal counsel before launch.

FAQ

MLM software in Thailand: FAQ

Does MLM.ERP support the Thai language?

Yes. The member panel, e-wallet, genealogy tree, invoices and SMS or email notifications can all run in Thai, with Thai script rendered correctly in PDFs as well as on screen. Members can switch to English, and your admins can edit any translation to match local terminology.

Can members pay with PromptPay?

PromptPay is not pre-built, but it can be integrated through a Thai bank or payment service provider's API during implementation. Once connected, members can pay for orders by scanning a QR code, and admins can reconcile payments automatically. Stripe card payments and PayPal are available from day one.

Do I need OCPB registration to run MLM in Thailand?

Generally, yes. Direct sales operators in Thailand are expected to register with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act. MLM.ERP can store the records you will need, but registration itself must be handled with your Thai legal adviser.

Can dates be shown in the Buddhist Era calendar?

Yes. You can display dates in the Buddhist Era format used on Thai documents, the Gregorian format or both. Commission calculations and payout schedules run on the same underlying dates, so switching the display never affects how bonuses are calculated.
