Growth Plan MLM Software

A growth plan is an MLM compensation model where members activate a package and receive periodic returns or rewards over a fixed term, often combined with level income on their team’s packages. MLM.ERP growth plan MLM software automates package activation, scheduled credits, caps and level distribution, but such models may be regulated as investment schemes and need legal review before launch.

Who is the Growth Plan best for?

Businesses with a licensed, legally reviewed product or service model that need precise package and schedule automation.

How it works

The Growth plan in 5 steps

  1. 1

Admin creates packages with a value, term and reward schedule.

  2. 2

A member activates a package using the wallet, an e-pin or a payment gateway.

  3. 3

The engine credits scheduled rewards daily, weekly or monthly until the term or cap is reached.

  4. 4

Uplines may earn level income on the packages activated by their team.

  5. 5

When the cap is reached, the package closes or can be renewed.

Income types

How distributors earn in a Growth plan

Every income type below is configurable in MLM.ERP: rates, levels, caps and qualification rules.

Scheduled package reward

A periodic credit calculated as a configured percentage of the package value, until the term ends.

Level income on packages

A percentage of each downline package activation, distributed across set levels.

Level income on rewards

Optional: a share of the scheduled rewards earned by downline members.

Capping limit

A maximum total return per package, such as 2x the package value, after which credits stop.

Worked example

See the numbers in action

A member activates a 1,000-unit package with a 0.5% daily credit and a 200% cap. The engine credits 5 units per working day. When total credits reach 2,000 units, the package closes automatically. Their sponsor might receive 5% of the 1,000-unit activation as level income. These figures are illustrative software settings only and say nothing about whether a business can sustain them.

Illustrative figures only. Actual results depend on your plan configuration and genuine sales activity. No earnings are implied.

Pros & considerations

Is the Growth plan right for you?

Why companies choose it

  • Members see clear, scheduled progress on each package.
  • Caps make maximum obligations per package explicit.
  • Fully automated scheduling removes manual calculation errors.
  • Detailed liability reports support responsible oversight.

What to design carefully

  • Fixed or promised returns on money paid in are regulated as collective investment or deposit schemes in many countries, including under India’s BUDS Act and SEBI rules; take specialist legal advice.
  • If rewards are funded by new activations rather than real revenue, the model is not sustainable and may be unlawful.
  • MLM.ERP provides the software only; responsibility for licensing, disclosures and lawful operation rests with the business.

Growth plan: common questions

Ask a question
What is a growth plan in MLM software?

It is a package-based model where members activate a package and receive scheduled credits over a term, up to a cap, often with level income for sponsors. MLM.ERP automates packages, schedules, caps and wallets. Whether such a plan can be operated lawfully depends on your jurisdiction and business model.

Is a growth or ROI MLM plan legal in India?

Plans that promise returns on money deposited may fall under the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, SEBI collective investment rules or the Direct Selling Rules, 2021. Many such schemes are prohibited. You should obtain written legal advice before launching, and design the plan around genuine products or services.

How do caps work in a growth plan?

A cap sets the maximum total credit a package can generate, for example 200% of its value. Once the member’s credits reach the cap, the engine closes the package automatically. Caps help define obligations clearly but do not, by themselves, make a model lawful or sustainable.

Can MLM.ERP convert a growth plan into a product-based plan later?

Yes. Because commissions are configured rather than hard-coded, you can introduce product packages, repurchase income or a unilevel structure and phase out scheduled credits. Existing records, wallets and trees are kept intact, so the transition remains transparent and auditable for members and regulators alike.
